Today, I was having a casual conversation with my colleagues (all female) about sex and masturbation over lunch. Not the average lunch-time topic, I agree. But I wanted to discuss it with my friends.
All of them said that they don't 'do' such things and they would only have sex after marriage. I can't quite believe it. No masturbation? Throughout adolescence and adulthood until marriage?
Do others have similar experiences?

All a lie -- a woman I knew bought a dildo on a trip to Amsterdam but blushed when we brought up the topic. It's just a taboo topic, it's hard to be labelled as a woman with loose morals.
I wouldn't know so much about 'women' but girls? You bet some of them do wank. A few of them have sex too and are quite positive and confident about it. Although India being India and lack of awareness and all, I don't think that a large fraction of female-bodied persons are even aware that they have a little something called clitoris. That's just from what I have gathered talking to people here and there.
BeeESS! As a desi woman I can tell you, that is not true. Perhaps because you are a man, they will not tell you how it actually is. Never mind if you are their best friend. Fact is you are a man and in the desi way of doing things, they will not admit it to themselves, least of all to you.
